Group Peer Support – GPS

Join us for an evidence based parenting support group! This is a 6-week group for pregnant moms and parents of children 0-5 years old. GPS will be held on Thursday from 10:00-11:15 virtually on Zoom. Mind Body Skills Group

Join us for an 8 week group specifically for pregnant moms and/or parents with children ages 0-5 years old. We will be focusing on how to build resilience, develop coping skills and more. Lunch and incentives will be provided as well. The group will be from 9:00am – 11:00am and begins on February 25th and will go through April 15th.
